Learn How to make Davio’s Signature Gnocchi through a
Demonstration & Hands-On Cooking Class!
On Saturday, July 27th, 2013, Culinary Director Rodney Murillo and Executive Chef Richard Lee will open up the kitchen at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Buckhead to teach guests how to make the signature Davio’s homemade gnocchi.
To begin, guests will enjoy a steaming cup of Fadenza coffee accompanied by tasty biscotti at the Chef’s Table facing the open kitchen. Next, participants will be ready to concentrate on creating their own gnocchi, beginning with a lesson on preparing the dough, followed by the ‘how to’ of accompanying sauces.
When the finished product is ready, guests will enjoy their dish with a specially paired wine (for those 21+ years in age). In order to share their newfound pasta making knowledge, Davio’s will send each student home with four sauces, dried pasta and two recipes for each dish as well as a $100 Davio’s voucher*.
COST: $75 without a voucher or $150 with a $100 voucher* (tax and gratuity not included)
