Davio’s Atlanta Hosts Dinner with Celebrity Chef G. Garvin!

Yesterday, I visited Davio’s Atlanta for a “first” Chefs Collaborative Dinner with special guest Chef G. Garvin of the Cooking Channel & Food Network and Davio’s Executive Chef Richard Lee!  I was extremely excited about this great opportunity to enjoy one of my favorite restaurants with an added bonus.  Hosted by Davio’s Owner Steve DiFillippo and General Manager Claude Guillaume… the chefs prepared a five course dinner with wine pairings and a special dessert presented by Pastry Chef Kathleen Miliotis.

It was such a delight to be wined & dined by food artist who are at the top of their craft.  Each course was perfectly paired with a wine to compliment the dish and EVERYHTING was simply delicious.  I had to sip slowly to ensure I was on my best behavior with all the glasses.  LOL!  And the hospitality of the Davio’s Team was impeccable as they were polite, informative and energetic.
