Youngest Oscar Nominee: 9 Year Old Quvenzhané Wallis

Quvenzhané Wallis, from Louisiana has made history becoming the youngest Oscar nominee EVER for leading actress!  She’s only 9 years old and has swept the nation with her performance in film, Beasts of The Southern Wild. Quvenzhane plays Hushpuppy in the film.
